Anita's passion for helping others led her to build her own unique business within the Human Resources consulting niche.
Anita has spent her career helping businesses grow through HR coaching, training, strategic planning, administration and management. Her goals are to help her clients focus, balance, and achieve maximum success.
Anita is a “fixer” of broken or missing foundational human capital concepts by evaluating current processes, offering suggestions of streamlined, automated and cost effective solutions, and implementation of solutions. She has established business relationships with brokers, employment law attorneys, payroll and benefits providers to offer appropriate and strategic insights to clients. Anita is also a Notary Public in the state of California.
Anita is also extremely passionate about her love of animals and giving back. She is the Founder of The Virtual Rainbow Bridge Foundation, a registered non-profit, and is a proud parent of two very special adopted chihuahua mutts, Charlotte and Philip.
